Update Feb 18, 2021
โ
Certified Covid tests are now required; taken within 96 hours of arrival, or when you arrive. If arriving without a suitable test you will need to wait at the anchorage for a health official to take a quick test with all aboard. This can be arranged through the marime agencies. From February 16 a PCR test is required: taken within 96 hours from arrival or when you arrive. This could mean 2 days at anchor before being permitted to disembark.
The charge for the PCR test (per crew) will likely be $350,000 pesos or more. Roughly 100 usd per crew member.
(Agency Alasmar is quoting 350,000 with same day results)
โ
River and land borders remain closed.
โ
